Description

The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to negotiate from a written quotation, an unrestricted contract for commercial services/supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13.5 procedures. The NAIC Code is 325120 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. All contractors shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. This RFQ is an internet-only solicitation and may be downloaded from our website at http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/fisc/owa/solicitation_registration.start_page. Sources are responsible to periodically check this website for any amendments that may be issued, until the closing date of the quotation. Hard copies of the quotation shall not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. Requestors shall provide their name, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address. The RFQ will be available from our website by approximately 21 February 2001. An award is anticipated no later than 15 March 2001. The completed quotation may be e-mailed to laurence_r_orr@pearl.fisc.navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-5750 by 3:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on 6 March 2001.The text of all referenced clauses can be viewed at http://arnet.gov/far. This requirement is for delivery of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 acetylene gas, NSN: 6830-00-270-8216, quantity: 58,500 cubic feet (CF); CLIN 0002 On-site services to pick up cylinders, NSN: 8120-00-268-3360, size: 225 CF, 260 each; and to provide services to re-qualify the 260 cylinders in accordance with MILSPEC BB-A-106. Delivery is FOB Destination to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, within 90 days ARO. The evaluation factors for award are technical acceptability and price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
