Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with Planetary Systems Corporation on other than full and open competitive basis to purchase one each 26 inch lightband ejection system per PSC Document 2,000,442. Sole Source due to unique weight limitations of required ejection system and spin rate of 5 degrees per second. "See Note 22."
