The est annual qty is 53 EA for year 1, 40 EA for year 2, and 40 EA for year 3. Note that RFP will not be posted to the web-site until the issue date of the solicitation. The issue date for this solicitation is February 26, 2001. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
