Description

This is a modification to previous synopsis #5091G0. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for rental of propane tanks and propane delivery to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Contract will be for a Period of twelve months. Period of performance to begin 01 March 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09 February 2001 with a 15 day closing. When issued the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from the NECO website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFP. Award will be made using Best Value practices. All responsible sources may submit an offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Requests can be e-mailed to the FISCPS_bid_officer@puget.fisc.navy.mil. No notes apply.
