Description

DESC: Spares (applicable to to the F100-PW-100/200/220/220E/229 Engines) to be purchased: Item 0001: 4920-01-421-6867, Qty: 7 each, Noun: Heater, Aircraft Engine Maintenance, P/N: PWA57886. Delivery: 31 December 2001, Destination: (1) FE5000, (1) FE6251, (1) FE5587, (1) FE2805, AND (3) FB3065. RFQ will be available on or around 27 feb. 2001. THIS RFQ IS BEING SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Please see Note 1, AND NOTE: "B". OMBUDSMAN -- All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning the acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminsh the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate governemnt personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain srtict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
