All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26 This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 3/24/01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 1 year. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation contains a 10% preference for SDB concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers,the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
