Description: This procurment is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS codes are: custodial services -- 561720, size standard $12,000,000.00; trash removal services 562111, size standard $10,000,000.00. The intention of this solicittion is to obtain janitorial services, and solid waste collection and disposal services and container cleaning by means of a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. The cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period will consist of a base year and four option period. Anticipated release date for this solicitation is on or about 20 February 2001, and the projected bid opening date is 22 March 2001 at 2:00 p.m. The solicitation will be available over the Internet in PDF format, and may be accessed free of charge at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. This site also provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
