Description

Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services on Eielson AFB, Alaska. Performance period is a base period of 15 Apr 01 through 30 Sep 01, with four possible option years. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 0782, the NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $5 Million. This will be a competitive request for proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Award will be made based on experience, past performance and price with experience and past performance being significantly more important than price. Solicitation F65503-00-R0016 will be issued on or about 20 Feb 01. The solicitation will be available on-line ONLY at www.eps.gov.
