Description

Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has a requirement for the Information Technology (IT) Strategic Planning and Transition Support for the agency. To fulfill the requirement, DARPA intends to enter into a Purchase Order with Burke Consortium, Inc. of Springfield, Virginia, at an estimated fixed price of $100K. It's anticipated to be a six-month effort. The contractor will provide support in the areas of planning and implementation of IT services, identification of the requirements, development of a transition strategy and approach, identification of processes and procedures for a successful transition, and implementation of transition of IT services for the agency. Burke Consortium, Inc. is the only source known to the Government with the capabilities, experiences and personnel for accomplishing the subject effort within the Government cost and schedule constraints. This Notice is not a Request for Proposals. See Note No. 22.
