Description

This is a solicitation for a one-year requirements contract for essential repair and functional test, as necessary to restore KC-135 butterfly valves to a serviceable condition IAW T.O. specifications. Solicitation will include 2 one-year options. No previous contractor repair history is available. CCN applies. Materials for repair will be provided by the Government or as CAP. Solicitation is to filkl Depot overflow conditions. Repairs IAW T.O. 6a9-7-3-3. Input Configurations: 4810-01-101-8702AZ (P/N 60899-1 mfc 86090) oUTPUT cONFIGURATION: 4810-01-101-8702AZ MFC 86090 NOUN: BUTTERFLY VALVE APPLICATION: KC-135 ACFT BEQ: 5 PER YEAR Dimensions & Material: Approx 11" L x 9" H; 5.75 lbs Weight Form, Fit, Function: Pressure regulator valve used to regulate fuel pressure in an aerial refuelling system. Aluminum Alloy Item 0002 17. CLIN 0002 is Contractor Acquired Property Expense (CAO). Contractor will be required to requisition material for repair from Government stock. Materials for repair not available from stock will be authorized as CAP Item 0003 data, 1 lot The approximate issue/response date will be21 Feb 2001.
