Description

The FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to procure through full = and=20 open competition, Types I and Type II Target Paper for the Document = Automation=20 and Production Services (DAPS) Detachment Branch Office in Rock Island, = Illinois. The specifications of the specialized paper are according to = Military Specification MIL-P-10831B. A firm fixed price multiple IDIQ = supply=20 contract is anticipated on which delivery orders will be issued. The = ordering=20 period will be 12 months for the base year plus two 12-month option = periods.=20 The estimated yearly quantities of paper are anticipated to be as = follows: Type=20 I Rolls: 700,000 lbs; Type I Sheets: 100,000 lbs; Type II Rolls: = 1,000,000 lbs;=20 Type II Sheets: 100,000 lbs. All responsible sources may submit a = proposal=20 which shall be considered by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center = Norfolk=20 Detachment Philadelphia. The solicitation will require the submission = of=20 cost/price proposals and past performance information. Technical = information as=20 to the product's compliance with MIL-P-10831B may also be required. = Past=20 performance / technical will be considered more important than price. = Award=20 will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to = the=20 Government.
