Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting Proposals for the preparation of a preliminary schematic design and the subsequent development, production, and installation of interpretive media for three sites at Lowell National Historical Park: Lowell Visitor Center, Boott Mills Museum, and Suffolk Mill. The Solicitation will be formulated in two parts. In Part I, the Government anticipates award of up to three contracts. Each selected Contractor will be awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for $5,000.00 for the preparation of a preliminary schematic design. Only the selected Contractors will proceed and compete under Part II for the further development, production, and installation of interpretive media. The Solicitation will be available on the internet on February 21, 2001, at http://165.83.219.72/hafe/hfc/solicitations.cfm.
