A contract on this item with a possibility for a quantity option is anticipated. Quantity of the item is a total of 97 units, with 72 units going to Tracy, CA, and 25 units on an FMS requirement, with the shipping address to be determined later. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
