Box 15009, Las Cruces, NM 88004. There will be NO FORMAL RFQ. The SIC Code is 5065, and the standard is 100. Price shall include all applicable rates; Federal, State, and local taxes. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this synopsis. The closing date of submission of particulars is 10 days after publication of this synopsis.
