Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for subtractive aqueous plates. The USGS intends to establish a blanket purchase order for polychrome subtractive aqueous plates. THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER POLYCHROME GRAPHICS. The Printing Programs Section's Plate Process Section owns a Polychrome Plate Processor specifically manufactured to develop Kodak Polychrome plates. Compatibiltiy of the developer and finisher chemicals used in the processor with the plates is a requirement. Kodak Polychrome Graphics is the only source reasonably available for compatible plates. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; no formal RFQ will be available. This award will be made on or about 15 February 2001. Any Vendors who believes that it can provide exact item above, should fax capability statement to the CO at 703-648-7901. All responses must be received in this office within 10 calendar days from the date this publication first appears. All responses must be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted.
