Description

The proposed project is for the rehabilitation of the existing restrooms at the North Bridge Comfort Station located on Monument Street, Concord, MA. Contract Type: Request for Quotations. The RFQ to be issued is pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to all size firms. Basis for award: Low, responsive and responsible quoter.
