Description

The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to construct (1) pavement patches; (2) pavement overlays; (3) new pavement and base; (4) pavement markings; (5) mineral aggregate shoulders and base; and (6) pavement removal, pavement milling, grading, compacting, herbicide application, crack repair and other related work. Work will be performed by Task Orders. This project is set-aside for smalal business concerns. Time for completion is 12 months for Base Year plus 12 additional months for Option Year is option is executed. Firm fixed price construction. Cost estimate is between $1,000,000-$5,000,000. Solicitation will issue on or about February 23, 2001 and must be downloaded from the Naval Facilities E-Solicitation Website at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil.
