Description

Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including the removal of existing roof shingles, roof underlayment and flashing, and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to install new asphalt shingles and copper flashing, as shown and specified. Completion time for this project will be 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Award of this project is subject to the availability of funds. All requests for the solicitation shall be submitted in writing, by letter or by fax (740-772-7008). Estimated cost range between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation package will be available o/a 2/21/01. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Thursday, March 1, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the DVA Medical Center, Building 28, room 213, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe,Ohio; all potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend.
