Description

This acquisition is set-aside for Indian-Owned and- Controlled concerns in accordance with the BUY INDIAN ACT (25 USC 47). Construction of approximately 500/LM of 200mm PVC, C-900 water main, 417/LM of 150mm PVC, C-900 water main, 250/LM of 100mm PVC, C-900 water main, fire hydrant assemblies, removal and disposal, of 6/each. 200mm gate valves, 150mm gate valves, 100mm gate valves, and 50mm gate valves.104/LM of 50mm PE water service lines, 230/LM of 25mm PE water service lines, water service connections, water meter assembly, 250/LM of asphaltic resurfacing, check valve assembly, water main connection to existing water main, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational system located on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation, Nez Perce County, Lapwai, Idaho. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 95 calendar days. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Liquidated damages apply. THE BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES.
