Description

Furnish facilities, supplies and services to accommodate a conference to be held at a hotel or motel, located within a 25-mile radius of the main gate of Fort Lewis, Washington, and has a room capacity of 170. The conference will be held from 6-10 July 2001. Services shall include: Providing single occupancy rooms, dinner and breakfast meals for three days, a meeting room to seat 200 attendees, a room to be used as an administrative office, a banquet room to seat up to 425 attendees for serving the breakfast and dinner meals and a microphone and podium. All facilities shall be located on site at the same hotel/motel complex. The total cost of lodging and meals for each person per day cannot exceed the daily per diem rate allowed by the U.S. Government. The Request for Quotations will be issued as unrestricted. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns; however, small business concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice. The size standard for a small business concern including its affiliates with average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $5 million. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 14 February 2001.
