Description

This requirement was previously synopsized in the Commerce Business Daily in October of 2000. The scope covers broad requirements for creation, planning, preparation, and execution of State Media Program services in support of Army National Guard (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) recruiting and retention, National Guard Bureau's Public Affairs (NGB-PA) and Family Programs (NGB-FP) Offices. The solicitation number is hereby changed from DAHA90-01-R-STAT to DAHA90-01-R-0007. This solicitation issued electronically on or about 2 Feb 2001. Interested parties should not contact the National Bureau directly but should, instead, view/download electronic versions of the solicitations on the National Guard Bureau web site. The CLOSING DATE and NUMBER OF COPIES appearing in Block 9 of the SF 33 is only partially complete (due to system limitations). Offerors shall refer to SECTION L, SUBMISSION COPIES and SUBMISSION DUE DATES, for complete information. No additional notification will be issued for amendment(s) to the RFP. Offerors shall be responsible for checking the web site frequently for amendment(s) to the Requests for Proposals. Offerors shall pay particular attention to the information contained in the DD Form 1707 associated with each solicitation. The web site may be inaccessible on occasion due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.
