Description

Modification to previous CBD Subbission No. 50C4S0. Tree planting by Auger and Manual Tree Release on the Sequoia National Forest, Cannell Meadow and Greenhorn Ranger Districts. Project areas are located on the Kern Plateau. Base year April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002 and 2 option years. Offerors will be required to submit technical proposals considering the following evaluation criteria: past performance; qualifications and training of crew supervisors including previous experience; Number of crews available, crew training, crew organization; inspection system; and price. Price %50, past experience 20% and other tehcnical factors 30%. Payment for each task will be by the tree. Estimated start work date is 5/1/01. Please fax request for solicitation to (559) 788-0188.
