The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting Quotations for comprehensive planning and design evaluations that will guide the development of interpretive media at Washita Battlefield National Historic Site. The evaluations will consist of four phases, occurring in the following sequence: front-end evaluation for the exhibits and movie, formative evaluation for the exhibits, formative evaluation for the movie, and summative evaluation for the exhibits and the movie.
