- Barge or Vessel deliveries of Diesel Fuel (DF-2, NSN 9140-00-286-5294) OR Commercial Equivalent Automotive Gas Oil EN 590 (NSN 9140-99-910-0459) into two 225,000 US Gallon tanks at the Voice of America Installation on the Island of Sao Tome off the coast of West Africa. Minimum Deliveries of 280,00 USG and Maximum Deliveries of 400,000 USG. Total Three (3) Year Estimated Quantity: 2,910,000 USG. Delivery Period: 01 August 2001 through 30 July 2004.
