Description

Provide an alcohol based waterless foam antimicrobial hand cleaner with a moisturizer for the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. Period of performance will be one year from date of award with four (4) 12-month renewal options. Basic contract will be to provide product in high risk patient care areas. Contract options will include expanding product availability to all patient care areas with wall mounted containers and may include additional facilities in VISN 13. Bid samples are required. Solicitation documents will be available on or about February 12, 2001, request in writing or by FAX to 612-725-2072. Requests for bid documents will not be honored after February 21, 2001.
