Description

Solicitation N62836-00-R-0224 Due 23 March 2001. The Government intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for a project entitled Whole House Revitalization, Tower Nos. 5 and 6, Housing, Yokosuka, Japan. This will be a firm fixed price contract with two phases. Phase I is for Tower No. 5, and Phase II is for Tower No. 6. Renovation work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and asbestos abatement work which shall be completed within 720 calendar days after the date of award. All applicable Trade Agreement Act clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR) will be utilized for this solicitation. Price and Technical Proposals are being solicited. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately 10 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
