Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The New York Air National Guard,106th Rescue Wing, F.S. Gabreski Airport is in need of 1 set of Maintenance Platforms for the Black hawk Helicopters (HH-60). Minimum specifications include: maintenance platforms must fit the contour of the HH-60 helicopter which incorporates configuration around a refueling nozzle, rescue hoist and radome, a forward and two side decks, to include a platform which full surrounds the tail. The Government considers the 6 piece Black Hawk Phase Maintenance Platform manufactured by Stadler Industrial Service or EQUAL to meet the minimum requirements of the Government. Descriptive literature and specifications are required with proposal. Delivery is FOB destination and is to be delivered to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, New York, within 90 days after award. This solicitation number DAHA30-01-R-0006 is being issued as a request for Proposal and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. SIC code is 3728. Award shall be based on the lowest price and technically acceptable proposal.
