Description
Note #1. Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of the following type aircraft: AC680, AC500, or equal. Aircraft will be used by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for sea otter surveys in the south Alaska Peninsula, covering the shoreline between Unimak Island and Cape Douglas and systematic transects covering the islands and offshore areas between Unimak Island and Castle Cape. Survey time will require approximately 53 hours of flight. Base of Operation is Cold Bay, Alaska. Surveys will be conducted April 18, through May 3, 2001. Offeror must be an approved Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) operator with the Office of Aircraft Services. The low level and sea otter survey supplements will apply to this project. The project requires a two pilot (pilot and co-pilot) crew. Prefer pilots that are experienced flying in the Alaskan Aleutian Chain.
