The desired outcome of the employees at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Kansas City, MO will model excellence in customer service with both internal and external customers. Training to be highly interactive, and must be customized to align with the four key principles: respect, professionalism, attitude of helpfulness, and positive customer interactions.
