Description

Provide scarce medical healthcare resources services for Ophthalmology services for beneficiaries of Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, in accordance with the solicitation specifications and provisions, for the period of one (1) year from date of award. The NAICS code for this procurement is 62132 with a size standard of $5.0 million. Area of consideration is limited to a 50-mile radius of Augusta, Georgia. All offerors must be board certified/eligible ophthalmologist with current licensure. The technical evaluation criteria include technical and professional capability to perform the required services, past performance, and price.
