- Description
- This acquisition is to establish a requirements type repair/overhaul contract for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 1680-01-399-1284GC, P/N: BL27100-185, Noun: External Rescue Hoist, item applicable to HH-60G Helicopter. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) to be repaired/overhauled for the first year is twenty five (25) each. There will be one (1) out year option with a BEQ of twenty five (25) each for the one-year option period. Item 0002 NSN: 1680-01-411-0562GC, P/N: EC10000-70, Noun: Hoist Control Box, item applicable to HH-60G Helicopter. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) to be repaired/overhauled for the first year is six (6) each. There will be one (1) out year option with a BEQ of six (6) each for the one-year option period. No technical or repair data is available. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 30 days After Receipt Of Repairables. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Justification: 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contactor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
