J-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite Data and information Service (NESDIS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Hawaii, Honolulu Hawaii, to provide an outdoor storage area, an outdoor work area, machine shop assistance, equipment rental to assist with the Marine Optical Buoy (MOBY) project. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference 00225
