Description

DLA:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals ae being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4700-01-Q-2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 235520, $11.5M. The Contractor shall supply and install karastan commercial carpet "veneto" custom pattern color:KC23765, supply and install karastan commercial carpet "veneto", custom pattern color:KC237659 Border Carpet, supply and install durkan commercial carpet "advocate" custom pattern color:M23744(filled carpet)supply cut, bind and install matching 4" carpet base in are, carpet to be directly glued to the floor, supply all materials to fabricate the Defense Logistics Agency's seal, carpet to be a loop rug to be 5' 9 1/2" circle with a 2" border, over all logo size will be approximately 4'; and logo to be directly glued to the floor. Installation of broadloom carpet must be completed NLT 15 APR 01 with installation of seal to be completed by 27 APR 01. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC reflected above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted". The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions, require to implement statutes or execute orders-commercial items, applies to this solicitation.
