Description

The Office of Procurement, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the District of Columbia (D.C.) is soliciting proposals from interested firms within the Lottery Industry to compete for the production of Instant Tickets for the D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board (hereafter ?Lottery?). The successful firm shall provide the personnel, materials, equipment and facilities to design and produce instant tickets. The Office of Contract and Procurement intends to award a one-year firm fixed price contract resulting from the solicitation, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) one-year terms or fractions thereof, for a total contract term not to exceed (NTE) five (5) years. The Request for Proposals (RFP) # CFOPD-01-R-016 for the Instant Tickets will be issued on or about Thursday, February 8, 2001. The closing date for the submisssion of proposals is one month from the date of the RFP issue.
