Description

CLOSURE, CHILD RESISTANT, two-piece overcap, inner cap of natural polypropylene, outer cap of white polyethylene. Cap shall be threaded with PS-22 inner seal and P/RVTLF liner. Instructions for removal of cap shall be indicated on the top. Closures shall meet all requirements set forth in FDA CFR 177, and all applicable requirements of the USP. Closure sizes required will be 38-400 and 45-400. Estimated annual requirement is for 3,000,000 caps and 200,000 caps, respectively. A requirements type contract will be awarded for a twelve month period with provision for two option years. Solicitation will be issued on or about February 16, 2001.
