AMEND SYNOPSIS. Clarify description: IDIQ, for use by GSA and user agencies. FSC 7220 -- FLOOR MATTING, DIELECTRIC,four NSN's, pursuant to MIL-DTL-15562G, REQUIRES FIRST ARTICLE TESTING. Unit of issue per 25 yd.roll. Delivery is to 48 contiguous states. There is an option to extend the contract for four one- year periods. The Trade Agreements Act is applicable. All responsible bidders may submit an offer. The solicitation is scheduled to issue February 15, 2001.
