This item is limited to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst TX 76053 and APACHE Enterprises, Inc., 2985 Red Hawk Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 53 each 420 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 53 each 280 DACA. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified sources require acquisition of the part from the approved sources.
