Description

Bi-State Development Agency is soliciting for a Double Spindle Brake Drum. 01-SB-2614-AH.Copies of the SB may be obtained through Demand Star.com at 1-800-711-1712 or email www.demandstar.com. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, March 5, 2001. DBE participation is encouraged. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Acceptance of any bid is subject to concurrence by Illinois Department of Transportation. Any contract resulting from these bids is subject to financial assistance contracts between the Bi-State Development Agency and Illinois Department of Transportation.Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunities laws and regulations.
