Description

This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition subject to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 56173 with a size standard of $5 Million. The project is located at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. and involves the installation of Landscape Architecture projects at various base locations. Work will include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of design, plant, labor, equipment and materials for landscape site preparation; excavation, trenching, and backfill; installing irrigation systems, landscape grading, installing trees, shrubs, groundcover, and turf; installing inert groundcover; and landscape establishment at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. Performance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be Basic with 2 Option Year periods. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 1 March 01 with closing date 30 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal_Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. When solicitation is downloaded, it should be read completely, as there are milestones an offeror will need to meet to be considered responsive. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov. At the home page select the EPS for Vendors.
