Description

The VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located in Hot Springs, and Fort Meade, SD plans to enter into a sole source lease contract with mr. Robert Klauson, Martin, SD 57551 for the use of space for a community Vets Center. The lease shall be for a base one year period with two option years. Market reserach ha shown that this property is the only one available in the area that meets the government's needs without expending government remodling monies.
