Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Village of Leicester, County of Livingston and State of New York. The preferred area is: WITH THE VILLAGE LIMITS. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 2,500 square feet of existing net interior spacde with about 30 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 2,500 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 46,200 square feet with parking as shown in the plans and specifications. Proposals will be received through March 23, 2001 by: George E. Welch, Real Estate Specialist, USPS Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300.
