Description

The Government intends to negotiate with Microsoft for their Premier Support Package, including access to the code developers. Interested parties should contact the Contracting Officer for list of requirements. The statutory authority for other than Full and Open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source. Written quotes will be solicited. The anticipated award date is February 16, 2001.
