Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Hydrologic Services Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lightyear Communications, Inc, Louisville, KY to provide Web hosting facility and services to include rental of space for 2 cabinets, telephone line access, satellite rooftop rental for NWS satellite antenna, and 1.0 MGB of sustained internet bandwidth. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference 100010
