Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation, and therefore, a formal written quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. This procurement is set-aside for small business participation. The Television-Audio support Activity intends to procure the following: 1) eight (8) each Sony p/n: J1, Compact Players; Betacam SX/SP; playback; desktop; JOG/Shuttle Dial; simple remote control VIA RS-422A/ RS-232C; switchable 525/60 and 625/50 playback mode; supplied accessories: operation manual; PWR RQMTS: AC 100V, 50/60HZ, 2) eleven (11) each Sony p/n: LMD1041, LCD Display Monitor; 10.4-inch color; selectable control; multi monitor control; supplied accessories: AC power cord; remote commander (RM-LMD1041); tilt stand; wall mounting plate; 2 each AA batteries; PWR RQMTS: AC 100-240V, 50/60HZ, 3) one (1) each Sony p/n: DNW-A28PAC1, Video Recorder/Reproducer; Betacam SX portable VTR system; c/o: 1 each model DNW-A28 betacam SX VTR, 1 each power supply (p/n AC-DN2), and 1 each AC power cord (p/n AC-6cord); PWR RQMTS: 120V, 50/60HZ, 4) two (2) each Sony p/n: BPL-90A, Camera/Camcorder Battery; rechargeable; Lithium-ion; memory free; 8.1 ampere hour; 5-step led battery level indicator, 5) one (1) each Sony p/n: BKP-L551, Battery Adapter; Lithium-ion; F/U/W Sony Digital Video Cassette Recorder model DNW-A28, 6) ten (10) each Sony p/n: BCT-32SX, Video Cassette Tape; SX; Betacam; 30 minute, and 7) ten (10) each Sony p/n: BCT-60SX, Video Cassette Tape; SX; Betacam; 60 minute. Standard commercial warranty required. The Brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Governments minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to American Forces Information Service, Alexandria, Virginia not later than 60 days after receipt of order. NOTE: Price quoted must include Inside Delivery to the third floor, elevator is available. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
