Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is DAKF06-01-T-0016 and is issued as a quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is $6.0 and the NAICS Code is 562119. RFQ's should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001, Quantity 1; Unit of Issue Lot; Portable Toilets, Firm Fixed Price -- Contractors shall be responsible for delivery, set-up, daily cleaning and movement, as required, of 186 toilets. Toilets will be delivered to the Pinon Canyon Manuever Site (PCMS) near Trinidad, CO in support of "Rifles Rampage" exercise during the period 8 Feb -- 19 Mar 01. An estimated 48 toilets will be moved during the duration of the exercise, with a total estimated amount of 174 moves anticipated. Contractor must be available from 0800-1800 hours daily or until all daily moves and cleanings have been accomplished. All portable toilets that require movement will be identified with a new grid location which will be placed on the toilet. Contractor must maintain daily contact with the G-4 to verify toilet moves as well as clarification of new locations. CLIN 0002, quantity unknown, unit of issue each; Delivery/Pickup of Additional Toilets. In the event additional toilets exceeding the number of 186, as identified in CLIN 0001 are required, Contractor's price charged for delivery/pickup to PCMS per toilet. CLIN 0003, quantity unknown, unit of issue each; Cleaning of Additional Toilets. Contractor's price charged per cleaning of any additional toilet ordered under CLIN 0002. CLIN 0004, quantity unknown, unit of issue each, Toilet Movements. Contractor's price charged per move of any additional toilet ordered under CLIN 0002. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
