Description

Contractor shall provide a board certified Psychiatrist with an unrestricted license (certification in addictions preferred) to provide psychiatry services. Services will be required 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Contract period will be six months from date of award, with an estimated target start date of March 1, 2001. Issue date is January 29, 2001; proposal due date is COB (Close of Business), 4:30PM local time on Tuesday February 13, 2001.
