Description

The Contractor shall provide Overhead Door maintenance services at Bolling AFB to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary. This is a synopsis for a non-commercial item.. The contractor will perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The proposed contract is competitively 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310. The small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. The period of performance is for a basic period from 1 Apr 2001 to 30 September 2001 and four (4) one year options. This is a competitive best value solicitation in which competing offerors past and present performance history is significantly more important than price. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the World wide Web at the following address beginning on or after February 10, 2000, http://www.eps.gov. Closing date on this solicitation will be 30 calendar days after the issue date. NO paper copies of this solicitation will be mailed. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. ALL prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration by the proposal due date in order to be considered for award.
