Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items, in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Is set aside for Small Business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. Closing Date: 12 February 2001, Time: 1200 Pacific Time. The Government intends to purchase the following under Simplified Acquistion Procedures: 8' x 4' x 1/2" White Nitrile Belts, 2 Ply, 70 Duro. Quantity: 150 each. Belts are used over door in Kill House and bullet holes will be shot in them. Award will be made to the technically acceptable low quote. Offers may be sent by Facsimile Machine or mail. Facsimile number is: 619-437-3547, DFARS 204.7302, after 3 May 1998. Prospective contractors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). FAR 52.2114 (I). Payment will be made by Government Purchase Card. Commercial Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 13 are applicable. E.G. "See Note 1".
