Description

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Grounds Maintenance Services at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 Southeast 240th Street, Kent, WA 98042-4868, base year and two (2) one (1)-year options to extend the term of the contract. Work includes, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming, turf renovation, irrigation management, fertilization and maintaining proper pH, aeration, thatching, pest control, tree/shrub care, edging, floral pick-up, facility maintenance, headstone/monument installation, realignment and cleaning, and electronic record keeping/reporting.
