This synopsis covers a small business set aside for Sleeve, Cape, & Bib, Welder's 8415-01-261-4839(s); Jacket, Welder's 8415-00-268-8262(s); and Apron, Welder's 8415-00-250-2531. This is a best value procurement, with no options. Definite quantity: Sleeve -- 516 each, Jacket -- 1920 each, Apron -- 1276 each. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Business Mentoring Agreement, Javits-Wagner-O'Day Plan. Commercial Item Description A-A-55098. Production Leadtime 120-150 days. Delivery in 12 monthly increments, FOB Destination to Defense Depots San Joaquin, CA and New Cumberland, PA. See Note 13.
